Air Gear
Minami Itsuki has never taken motorized roller blades seriously, until a street gang’s Storm Riders show him how tough the competition can be. After that defeat, he finds a pair of blades and stickers linked to the Sleeping Forest gang in a locked room. The discovery sets him on a new course: he starts riding, and his growing reputation pulls him further into the street scene. Racing and fighting are closely connected here, with each challenge offering a chance to build standing among the riders. As Ikki gathers a gang of his own, the contest expands beyond personal skill to include territory and the rival crews that control it.
The action and sports elements meet in a world where riding is both a contest and a way to prove yourself. The appeal lies in watching Ikki move from an inexperienced newcomer toward a more established presence, while races, street fights, and shifting rivalries give his progress shape. The premise keeps the focus on competition, reputation, and the formation of a crew.
