i.KINO respects the rights of copyright owners. If you believe that material available through i.KINO infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to represent, send a notice with the form below. Every notice is reviewed, and the identified material is removed or disabled when the notice is complete.

What to include

• Your name, your organization (if any) and an email address where we can reach you.
• The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The exact i.KINO page addresses (/anime/… or /watch/…) where the material appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your full name as an electronic signature.

What happens next

Complete notices are handled within 48 hours. A removed title answers with "This title isn't available". If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with the same form and explain why.
