In a concealed version of London known as Reverse London, dragons exist beyond the notice of most people. They are tied to a striking share of the city’s deaths: 72% historically. A small number of people can perceive these fantastical creatures, and fewer still are qualified to approach them as witches or wizards. Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole are the witch team at the center, working as protection agents for Wing Bind, or WB. Their responsibility is to safeguard and oversee London’s dragons for the public.

Blending action with fantasy, the series builds its appeal around a hidden supernatural world and the balance between public protection and dragon conservation. Its compact story offers a focused look at Noel and Ninny’s partnership, while the unusual work of managing creatures most residents cannot even see gives the setting its distinctive character.
