Crayon Shin-chan Movie 12: Arashi wo Yobu! Yuuhi no Kasukabe Boys

Shinnosuke Nohara, his family, and his friends from the Kasukabe Defense Forces find themselves mysteriously trapped inside an alternate reality modeled after a Wild West film. This strange desert town is under the strict control of a cruel ruler known as Governor Justice. Because the cinematic world was never actually finished, time has completely frozen in place, and the trapped residents slowly begin to forget their own pasts and identities.

Merging lighthearted comedy with fantasy elements typical of a theatrical feature, this 2004 production highlights the tight bond between the young children and their families. As memories fade away, the group must rely on teamwork and humor to oppose the local authority and reach the credits.

This finished feature film runs for 1 single episode as a theatrical movie release in the year 2004. Viewers looking for a self-contained cinematic comedy can dive straight into the adventure from the very beginning.
