Kirby 3D

Kirby returns for a compact 3-D adventure set in the world of Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. With Nightmare Enterprises active and Dedede’s transporter operative, the setting is primed for trouble. The short introduces Lobzilla, a monster never seen in the series before, while Kirby’s familiar world makes room for a new challenge. Fire Kirby appears as well, adding a distinct powered-up presence to the encounter. A timeline clue places this story before episodes 96–100, giving the special a clear spot within the larger series context without requiring a long detour.

Comedy, fantasy, action, and adventure come together in a brisk format built around visual novelty. Its 3-D presentation gives the Kirby setting a different look, while Lobzilla supplies a never-before-seen monster and Fire Kirby brings a recognizable variation on Kirby’s abilities. The short also debuts Kabuki, an ability created exclusively for this story, making its appeal rest on fresh character and ability ideas as much as on the returning world. As a special based on Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, it offers a focused story centered on one unusual addition to the Kirby universe.

Released in Japan on the Wii channel in 2009, this finished special contains one episode. It is based on Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, and its compact format makes episode 1 the natural place to begin. The complete story is presented as a single 3-D outing, with no extended episode order to navigate.
