Lupin the 3rd: The Last Job
When Lupin steals a Buddha avatar statuette, Inspector Zenigata pursues him through the ensuing chaos and is gravely wounded. Yet the master thief is not responsible: the ruthless Morgana has taken the relic and left “Pops” facing death. Morgana seeks Fujin, an ancient power of the Fuma, while the ninja Asuka searches for the secret behind it. Fujiko Mine adds another complication by pursuing the prize for herself. With several determined players converging on the same mystery, the central question is who will uncover Fujin’s secret—and who will control what it can do.
Built as an action-focused Lupin special, the story brings a thief, an inspector, a supervillain, a ninja, and Fujiko into one volatile race. Its appeal comes from the clash of pursuit, deception, and an ancient power, with the Buddha relic and Fujin mystery driving the momentum. The compact format keeps the conflict concentrated.
