Red Riding Hood Chacha

High atop Mochi-mochi mountain, a clumsy spellcaster named Chacha trains under Seravi, the realm's premier magician. Her incantations frequently backfire due to homophone mix-ups, yet her enchantments manage to pull through whenever danger strikes. Accompanying her is Riiya, a powerful werewolf youth living nearby, and Shiine, a skilled young wizard instructed by the famous sorceress Dorothy from distant Urizuri mountain.

Brimming with playful fantasy humor, the narrative leans into lighthearted adventures fueled by failed spells and mismatched transformations. The television show balances comedic magic practice with earnest companionship as the trio navigates fantastical situations across their journeys.

Originally airing in 1994, this finished 74-episode TV series features anime-original storylines across its first two seasons before adapting manga material for its third run.

• Hilarious unintended spell outcomes
• Charming trio of youthful magic users
• Blend of original and manga storylines

Fans of lighthearted magical comedies and retro nineties fantasy anime will appreciate this whimsical adventure.
