Scumbag System

Inside a harem xuanhuan/xianxia novel, a man finds himself occupying Shen Qingqiu, the story’s notorious villain. Shen appears refined but is secretly hypocritical, and his past cruelty toward his disciple, Luo Binghe, has already set up a terrifying fate. Since Luo is the novel’s central hero and tragedy will push him toward darkness, the newcomer has one urgent task: survive by repairing their relationship. A meddling system stands between him and an easy escape.

That survival plan becomes a supernatural drama of forced choices when the system begins controlling what Shen can do. The story balances angst with tenderness, examining guilt, trust, and the unstable bond between a teacher and the student he once mistreated. Its appeal comes from the tension between Shen’s knowledge of the plot and his inability to rewrite it freely, giving the transmigration setup a sharply ironic, sometimes painful edge.
