The Heroic Legend of Arslan: Age of Heroes

In Pars, a medieval kingdom marked by poverty and slavery, Prince Arslan longs to understand the wider world. His father treats him with hostility, while his mother shows little interest in him, yet Arslan continues to imagine a kinder and more honorable society. That hope is tested when Lusitania launches an invasion of Pars, thrusting the inexperienced prince into a war that threatens his country and his family.

From that turning point, Arslan must mature quickly and work toward saving Pars. A small, loyal group of advisers supports him as he confronts the demands of leadership and the realities of battle. The journey also brings unsettling secrets, opponents who despise him for his position and identity, and unexpected friendships that challenge his understanding of whom he can trust.

Adventure and action drive a story that is also concerned with war between nations, personal identity, and the effort to remain true to oneself under extreme pressure. Arslan’s compassion gives the conflict a human center, while the contrast between his ideals and the harsh world around him gives the tale its distinctive emotional pull.
