Episode 126: Transform Heartache into Courage

Shippo reaches Inuyasha and reports that the others are prisoners, and Inuyasha defeats the soldiers before realizing that Kagura has misled him. The Infant orders Kagura to place a corrupted Shikon Jewel shard into Kagome, whose mind returns to her own control even though her body does not. Kagome must face her resentment toward Kikyo, while Inuyasha and the others locate the Infant and question it about being Naraku’s human heart. The Infant escapes after repelling Inuyasha’s attack, and Inuyasha recognizes how his powerful feelings for Kikyo endanger Kagome.
