Episode 8: Fifth Match

Nishiura begins their matchup against Bijoudai-Sayama, whose batters swiftly tally runs by taking advantage of how Abe plans around pitch preferences. When Mihashi wonders why opponents swing at deliveries conflicting with their usual tastes, Momoe and Abe deduce Bijou collected substantial data on them, with Momoe observing how the opposing defense targets Nishiura's habits. To counter this, Abe and Mihashi devise a fake refusal signal, while the contest moves through the first inning at 3-0 and the second inning at 1-0.
