Episode 1: Paranormal Jailbreak: Schooler of Deadlock

Hyōbu gives himself up to the military and enters a special esper prison, where he encounters Andy Hinomiya, a prisoner who shows no apparent powers. After a disturbance, they are confined together, and Andy agrees to join Hyōbu after helping him escape; Hyōbu later reveals that the prison conducts illegal esper experiments. They reach Yūgiri, but the warden sends a creature assembled from esper body parts against them, which Hyōbu destroys by releasing his limiter. P.A.N.D.R.A. retrieves the trio, and Andy joins the Catastrophe while secretly reporting to his superiors.
