Gingarou welcomes a pair of visitors, but their stay quickly exhausts the hotel’s alcohol supply, leaving the staff unable to keep the celebration going. After recalling the Owner’s ambitions for a hot-spring bath, new restaurant dishes, advertising, and whisky, the hotel team starts work on the bath site while planning the long process of making single-malt whisky.
