Episode 11: The Village

On reaching Kanna Village, the samurai find many residents absent. While Kambei speaks with the village elder, Kikuchiyo learns that the women have hidden themselves along with the rice, then informs the others. The samurai begin preparing the village for the Nobuseri’s assault. But someone among the villagers is a traitor.
