Episode 2: Rocket

After moving into an orphanage with Miku, Asuna faces a police search for Shōta, while the circumstances of her father’s abuse and death come to light. When Shōta’s body is discovered, she cuts her hair and prepares to leave by train, but Fumika brings her a letter from him. The message changes Asuna’s plan, and she chooses to launch Shōta’s rocket even as police identify her as his suspected killer. On the rooftop, she cuts away a tarp blocking the rocket and is fatally shot after police mistake her actions; Fumika then delivers a letter to Miku.
