Episode 16: Imagination

Raker tells Haru that the loss of his wings does not necessarily end his ability to fly: the incarnate system may let him channel powers through sheer will. She recounts how her jumping talent became a fixation on flight, eventually leading her to ask Kuroyukihime to remove her legs. Training starts with Haru climbing the tower where Raker lives; when the changing field makes it metal, he learns to pierce it while applying Kuroyukihime’s advice about speed. After seven days he reaches the summit, and Raker later gives him Gale Thruster in person, as Haru vows to reclaim flight and return it someday.
