Episode 23: Consolidation

Chiyu goes to the field with Haru and Takumu so she can witness the sudden-death match involving Seiji. When Black Vice attacks Haru with a deceleration ability and leaves him unable to move, Takumu confronts Seiji with Cyan Blade, defeats Demonic Commandeer, and cuts away one of Seiji’s arms. Seiji recounts how his older brother’s bullying led him toward power and revenge, then captures and tortures Chiyu, leaving Takumu unable to continue. Haru escapes Vice’s hold, while Kuroyukihime reaches the field from Okinawa with an item from Sulfur Pot, battles Vice, and urges Haru to face Seiji.
