Episode 21: Insurrection

While traveling to meet Yuniko, Haru tells Takumu how Seiji arranged for them and Chiyo to be blamed. Yuniko hears their account and agrees to instruct them in the incarnate system, explaining that an avatar’s possible skills reflect its user’s traumas. Takumu discusses the elementary-school bullying that left him scarred and shaped Cyan Pile’s weapons, then begins practice with Yuniko. Meanwhile, Blood Leopard takes Haru to Akihabara to investigate Seiji’s method of avoiding the matching lists, where they encounter trouble involving Rust Jigsaw at the Akihabara Battle Grounds.
